How do we RP? The group uses IRC chat to RP. How do I use IRC? The way we recommend is going through Mibbit. Create a free account and then log in. Set your nickname as your character's name, and then select your server as Mibbit, (the default). Then join #Royal_FoxOC for OC chat, and #Royal_FoxIC for IC general rp. When a mission is in progress, a room will be made the GM. What is the RP style? This is completely up to you. Most people write in third person though, and say the character's name when they are being interacted with. The fighting is GM'ed by a volunteer, and all fighting is attempted. What are levels? Levels are a reflection of how effective fighter your character is. Higher levels allow your character to spend skill points to improve their prowess in fighting. Characters start with 2 points to spend, and then gain one every level. For more information, refer to this journal here for the skill tree How does my character level up? Characters level up by doing missions, which are events run by GMs. From levels 1-7, it takes one mission per level to level up. 8-14 it takes two, and from 15-21 it takes three.
